Why should you exhibit at the show?
- Over 80% of 2011 attendees spend several hours or more on the trade show floor looking for new products and services that would help them in their businesses
- 91% indicated they found products and services on the trade show floor that they wanted to purchase, and over 60% indicated they already had or were very likely to purchase after the show

What is the process to secure an exhibit booth?
- Open the Documents page and find the Symposium Exhibit Documents folder
- Download, view, or print off these three items under that folder: the Symposium Contract, Floor Plan, and Current List of Exhibitors
- Review the floor plan and choose 3 open spaces on the floor as your top 3 booths, taking care to note where your competitors are on the floor
- Fill out the entire contract, indicating payment arrangements (50% due upon signing of contract)
- Fax your contract to 414-375-1945, Attn: Brian
