Why should you exhibit at the show?
  • Over 80% of 2011 attendees spend several hours or more on the trade show floor looking for new products and services that would help them in their businesses
  • 91% indicated they found products and services on the trade show floor that they wanted to purchase, and over 60% indicated they already had or were very likely to purchase after the show
  • SIMA's show is thriving, and once again we broke all attendance records for the show in 2011!
What is the process to secure an exhibit booth?
  1. Open the Documents page and find the Symposium Exhibit Documents folder
  2. Download, view, or print off these three items under that folder: the Symposium Contract, Floor Plan, and Current List of Exhibitors
  3. Review the floor plan and choose 3 open spaces on the floor as your top 3 booths, taking care to note where your competitors are on the floor
  4. Fill out the entire contract, indicating payment arrangements (50% due upon signing of contract)
  5. Fax your contract to 414-375-1945, Attn: Brian
  6. Review the sponsorship opportunities below to enhance your experience and visibility at the show!
